Custom Built Gaming PC in Excellent Condition - $850 O.B.O. in Pugwash Junction, Nova Scotia for sale

I'm looking to sell my custom built Gaming PC. The computer is less than a year old, and is in excellent condition.

- AMD FX-6300 6-Core Processor
- Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler
- Radeon R7 260X 2GB Graphics Card
- GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard
- G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 RAM
- EVGA 80 PLUS Certified 500W Power Supply
- Western Digital Blue 1TB 7200 RPM Hard Drive
- ASUS DVD Burner
- Rosewill Challenger ATX Mid Tower Black computer case
- It's running Windows 8.1 right now and is ready for the free Windows 10 upgrade
The case has three fans installed to keep the inside of the case and the components nice and cool (even on the hot days we've been getting lately). The fan on the front of the case lights up blue. Plus, I took my PC into Comabt Computers a month ago and they applied fresh thermal paste onto the CPU (Processor) and installed a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler. This keeps the processor running nice and cool. While I was at Comabt Computers, I also got them to clean out any dust from the inside of my case, so the inside of the PC is nice and clean.
I use this PC for 1080p gaming, as it'll run just about any game on medium/high settings at 1080p/60FPS. You could also use this PC for everyday use, work, or hooked up to your home theatre (the graphics card has an HDMI port on the back, as well as DisplayPort, making it a great home theatre machine).
The PC doesn't have a WIFI adapter installed, because I find that a wired connection is always better.
The PC comes with all cables/cords required, and I'll also include a black wired keyboard and a pair of computer speakers, too.
